Alisha's practice focuses on representing market-leading startups and emerging growth companies on formations, operations, corporate governance matters, securities law reporting and compliance matters, private equity, angel and venture capital financings and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining Optimal, she practiced in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins LLP, as well as the Dallas office of Egan Nelson LLP.
