Her corporate practice includes formations, operations, corporate governance matters, securities law reporting and compliance matters, angel and venture capital financings and mergers & acquisitions.

Her technology transactions practice includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating software and other technology licenses, development agreements, sales contracting, intellectual property protection, and other day-to-day commercial contracting needs for emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Optimal, she practiced in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins LLP, as well as the Dallas office of Egan Nelson LLP.
