Diana serves both as a Senior Corporate Paralegal as well as Optimal's VP of Operations. She specializes in startup formations, corporate governance, company financing, merger & acquisition transactions, licensing and securities regulation compliance, stock plan administration, and contract management. She further assists the firm's managing partners with firm operations, including finance, compensation, technology, and project management.

Her prior experience includes working as a corporate paralegal at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco.
