Philip is an Attorney at Optimal. His practice focuses on advising market-leading startups and emerging growth companies on formations, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and technology transactions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Optimal, Philip practiced in the corporate groups of Latham & Watkins LLP and Cooley LLP. He also served as Senior Legal Counsel at Arbor Ventures.
